Robert Krzysztof Nowicki

As part of the Interdepartmental Individual Studies in the Humanities at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, he studied law and history, obtaining a master’s degree in the second field. He worked at the Poznań branch of the Institute of National Remembrance and later took up running a construction company, as well as managing national and international projects.

From 2016, he worked as an expert with the Project Management Department at the Ministry of Development, and then from 2017 to 2018 he was deputy director of the Innovation Department at the ministry. During 2018, he served as Head of the Political Cabinet at the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology and then at the Ministry of Development. He was a member of the supervisory board of PL.2012+ and the Industrial Development Agency, as well as the board of the National Academic Exchange Agency. Among other things, he was also chairman of the national delegation to the European Space Agency[1].

In December 2019, he was appointed undersecretary of state at the Ministry of Development. He resigned from the position in October 2020. After leaving government, he sat on the supervisory board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
