The Chancellery of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland – Co-organizer of a panel at #PEC25!

The Poznań Economic Congress 2025 will feature many engaging debates and discussions, including the panel titled “From Idea to Practice: The Future of the Three Seas Initiative”, co-organized by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.

The Three Seas Initiative is one of the most significant regional cooperation projects in Central and Eastern Europe. It connects 12 countries located between the Adriatic, Baltic, and Black Seas, creating a platform for strengthening economic, infrastructural, and energy ties across the region. Its goal is to build a strong and integrated Central Europe — open to collaboration and ready to respond dynamically to global challenges.

During the panel, experts and policymakers will discuss the future directions of the Initiative, Poland’s role within its framework, and how the Three Seas Initiative can serve as a driver of growth for the entire continent. The discussion will provide an opportunity to exchange experiences, perspectives, and ideas on the future of regional cooperation in Central and Eastern Europe.

Speakers include:

  • Małgorzata Samojedny (The Opportunity IFA) – panel moderator

  • Paweł Kowal – Member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland

  • Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk – Member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland

  • Jarosław Stawiarski – Marshal of the Lublin Voivodeship

  • Jan Lupoměský – LUPOKORN European Advisory

  • Andrzej Grzyb – Member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland

The panel will take place on October 27, the first day of the Congress, from 12:00 to 13:00.
