The Poznań Economic Congress is the largest free economic event in the region, attracting experts from the worlds of business, economics, and politics. It’s an opportunity for inspiring discussions, substantive panels, and valuable networking. However, organizing such a large-scale event would not be possible without the support of volunteers, who play one of the most crucial roles in the smooth execution of the Congress each year.
Volunteers are involved in many areas—from promotion and social media activities to logistics and technical organization, as well as handling speakers, registering attendees, and supporting VIP guests. Their commitment also includes assisting with international services and responding to ongoing needs during the event.
Thanks to their dedication, volunteers gain valuable experience, develop organizational skills, and collaborate with experts from various industries. It’s not just an opportunity for them to see behind the scenes of a major event but also a chance to make connections that can pay off in the future.
Volunteering at the PEC is also a unique adventure, full of inspiring encounters, excitement, and unforgettable experiences. Thanks to their work, the Congress can take place at the highest level, creating a space for bold conversations about the future of the economy, self-governance, and entrepreneurship.
Registration for Volunteers is now closed.
