Academy of Polish Careers becomes a Partner of #PEC24!

The Foundation brings together professionals from various backgrounds: the public and private sectors, academia, and civil society. We believe that Poland’s natural place is within Europe and the political and military systems of the Western World.

The founding idea behind the Polish Leadership Academy Foundation is based on two shared goals: strengthening Poland’s position on the international stage and deepening the understanding of complex geopolitical processes.

To realize our vision, the Polish Leadership Academy engages in public debate within Poland and aspires to educate and prepare individuals who understand Europe and are committed to advancing Polish interests within the EU and NATO. We believe that the current process for preparing personnel to serve in government, international institutions, and the private sector does not align with Poland’s true needs and ambitions. We see a gap in practical training, one which we are ambitious to fill.
