The Institute of National Remembrance becomes a Partner of #PEC24!
We are pleased to announce that the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) has become a Partner of this year’s edition of the Poznan Economic Congress.
What does the IPN do?
– Collects and manages documents from state security agencies,
– Conducts investigations into Nazi and communist crimes,
– Engages in scientific research and public education activities,
– Searches for the burial sites of individuals who died in the fight for Poland’s independence and unification,
– Carries out activities related to commemorating historical events, places, and figures in the history of Poland’s struggle and martyrdom.
The Institute also features a New Technology Zone. This unique space provides historical knowledge in a modern, immersive way, where entertainment meets education. You’ll be able to explore all the projects of the New Technology Office, test your knowledge in history quizzes based on these projects, and see how effective modern, immersive historical education can be.
Thank you for your trust, and welcome aboard #PEC24!
