The potential for the development of dual-use technologies in Central and Eastern Europe is related to the possibility of using advanced technologies for both civilian and military purposes. This region, with its growing innovative potential, faces an opportunity for development in areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, biotechnology and information technologies. Increased international cooperation, regulatory alignment and strategic investments can contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the economies of Central and Eastern European countries, while ensuring responsible and safe implementation of these technologies.
