Polish and British banker and public official. Undersecretary of State successively at the Ministry of Development, Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology, and Ministry of Finance from 2019–2020 and 2021–2022. He served as Minister of Finance from 2020–2021 and Minister of Finance, Funds, and Regional Policy in the government of Mateusz Morawiecki, and from 2022–2023, as Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (KPRM).
