An experienced manager in the fuel and energy sector. He holds an MBA in Energy from Łazarski University, a degree in International Relations from the University of Warsaw, and management studies from SGH (Warsaw School of Economics). He is the former CEO of PERN S.A. and OLPP. Professionally, he has also been associated with the ORLEN Group and has served on the supervisory boards of companies such as CPK and PLL LOT. He holds a 1st Dan black belt in Kyokushin karate.
