Václav Klaus Institute | Former President of the Czech Republic
An academic economist by training and full professor of economics and finance at the Prague University of Economics, Václav Klaus was the first non-Communist Finance Minister. He served as Prime Minister and President of the Czech Republic. He currently runs a free market think-tank in Prague, called Václav Klaus Institute with its own research study activities, seminars and conferences. His last book in English has the title “Brave New West”.
