A graduate in law from the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Public Policy Analysis at The London School of Economics and Political Science, and postgraduate studies in Innovative Economy and the Role of Economic Policy at the University of Warsaw. He completed a legislative traineeship. He worked as a lawyer in energy sector companies and as the director of the Department of Civil Society at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
