Liliana Śmiech is an expert in energy security, and geopolitics. She is the Director General for International Affairs at Ludovika University of Public Service and Chairwoman of the foundation council of the Warsaw Institute. She also serves on the foundation council of the Central and Eastern European Council and is an Advisory Board Member of the Future Potentials Observatory, as well as a MIRAI Politics & Security scholarship holder.
