He graduated in German philology from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and completed a six-month internship at Humboldt University in Berlin. He also completed postgraduate Executive Studies. From 1988 to 2022, he worked at ArcelorMittal Poland SA (in investments, trade, finance, foreign relations, and as an assistant to the CEO), serving as Government Affairs Director since 2009. He was Vice President of Employers of Poland (2007-2012). Currently, he is the President of the Management Board of ZPPH and, since 2022, the President of the Management Board of HIPH.
