Since 2012, she has been the president of the More Poznań Foundation, which implements various projects for the local community. For 10 years, she co-founded Cafe Misja in Poznań, being responsible for organizing over 500 cultural events. She has extensive experience collaborating with companies, public institutions, non-profit organizations, and the media.
