An expert in the fields of economy and energy policy, and a board member of the Sobieski Institute. From 2015 to 2023, served as Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Development, Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology, Deputy Prime Minister, and Government Plenipotentiary for Polish-Ukrainian Development Cooperation in the government of Mateusz Morawiecki. Member of Parliament in the 9th term. Graduate of the Institute of Political Science at Jagiellonian University and IESE in Barcelona.
