President of the Institute of Sovereignty Foundation. An expert in public administration, digitalization, and creative sectors. Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok with a degree in Law. From 2023 to 2024, served as Deputy Director of the Digital Competence Development Center at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. Held the same position in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister from 2022 to 2023.
