Independent Expert
An expert in the areas of civil society, public administration, and public benefit organizations. In 2016, served as Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and Government Plenipotentiary for Civil Society. From 2017 to 2024, he was the founder and first director of the National Freedom Institute, as well as a co-creator of nine government programs supporting the NGO sector in Poland. Since 2010, he has been an expert for the European Commission, evaluating projects within EU programs.
