Research and teaching staff member in the Department of Sports and Defensive Education at the University of Physical Education in Poznań (AWF Poznań), specializing in crisis management and public order and safety. He is the Head of the postgraduate program "Education for Safety," the coaching specialization in combat sports, and the self-defense instructor course. He also leads the Judo Section at AZS-AWF Poznań, holding a trainer and referee license from the International Judo Federation. Co-founder and instructor at Survival School ZONA.
