Employee of the Department of Education and Personnel Development at the Poznań University of Economics, specializing in demographics, especially fertility diversification. He also cooperates with the "Institute of Knowledge about Family and Society" foundation. Since 2016, he has been a member of the Family Council at the Voivode of Greater Poland, and in 2019-2023 he was a member of the Family Council at the Ministry of Family and Social Policy.
