Former Deputy Governor of the Greater Poland Voivodeship, president of the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled People, member of the Polish Parliament (Sejm) for the 9th and 10th terms, Minister of Family, Labour, and Social Policy (2019–2020), Minister of Family and Social Policy (2020–2023), Minister of Development and Technology in 2023, and Member of the European Parliament for the 10th term, serving as Vice-Chair of the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee.
